My name is Kimberly Friedman, Meditation Mama. I have lived a lifetime filled with challenging and unique experiences. I've found a deeper connection to myself through meditation, reiki, yoga and mindfulness practices. Tuning into all aspects of myself has opened my heart to love and shown me the joy of living life fully. I truly enjoy sharing these gifts with others so they can experience their own unique way of simply being. I look forward to guiding you to your own special place of contentment and well-being.

Description of Offerings

Private Session

Each session is customized based on your individual needs. Sessions are a unique blend of reiki, meditation, tuning fork therapy and sound healing in a private, calm setting.

Best for those experiencing grief, pain, anxiety, stress, or overall distress and are committed to introspection and deep healing.

Saturday Morning Meditation

This small group class is great for first-timers or experts. You may choose to sit in a chair or lie down on the floor as you're gently guided into meditation while listening to healing sounds. There is no movement component and I assure you ANYONE can do this, even and especially if you think you can't. It's gentle and you are guided each step of the way.

Sound Journeys

These sessions are restorative and nourishing to your body and mind. Complete stillness is achieved through yoga nidra (a simple technique of relaxing on your mat with a blanket) while being fully immersed in sacred sounds.

Best for those seeking a nervous system reset, full body relaxation, quiet stillness and GREAT for introverts.
